 Information & Referral
The St. Louis Christian Chinese Community Service Center serves as an
information and resource center for the Chinese/Asian community in St.
Louis. Clients contact us with a wide variety of requests and presenting
problems. Some required only brief intervention such as providing relevant
information they need, and/or direct assistance to help solve their
problem. If we cannot directly assist clients, we would refer them to the
appropriate agencies for assistance. For more complicated requests and
presenting problems, or those that required long term assistance will be
channeled to case management or counseling.

作爲一個信息和資源中心，聖路易基督教華人社區服務中心 為聖路易地區的華亞裔提供各式各樣的信息和援助。 有些要求仅需簡單的幫助，如提供相關信息，或直接協助他們解決問題。 那些我們無法直接提供援助的個案，我們將會轉介他們到適合的資源。 較複雜的問題或需要長期援助的個案則會轉爲個案處理或心理咨商。
 Case Management
Case management is employed to manage and coordinate complex or
long-term cases. It is a process that assesses, plans, implements,
coordinates, monitors, and evaluates the options and delivers the required
services to meet the client's needs.
